Please adhere to the following care and washing instructions to make your pants last longer:

Returns & Refund
Refunds are allowed an additional R99 will be charged/deducted from refund amount for collection from customer. Customer can opt to return it back to us aswell but at own cost.
If the customer needs to exchange for a different size we can aid in collection and delivery again at a fee of R120 for collection and delivery back to customer with a different size. The collection and delivery fee will need to be paid before product can be collected and send back.
Customer can also exchange from us directly at our physical address that will not involve collection/delivery fee
Note the following terms must be met to qualify for exchange or a refund:
if there is no factory fault on the pants & it involves buyers remorse Should it be for a refund request then R99 will be charged if their is a collection involved and will be deducted from refund amount.
Exchanges or replacement items can be arranged. Damaged items if it has been determined by us that item arrived damaged (if the item was damaged by you trying it on or within initial use) we cannot exchange or refund the item.
- If we have agreed to a refund or exchange The following conditions must be met:

1. Its UNWORN, UNUSED and not WASHED (please follow care instructions)
2. It is within 7 days of purchase
3. ALL PRICE/CLOTHING TAGS are still attached to the garment, it is returned with original packaging in condition it left with inspection
4. PROOF OF PURCHASE is provided
-Trixie does NOT provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyers remorse.
- no exchanges or refunds will be honoured on any sale or clearance items -
no exchanges or refunds will be honoured on items that could relate to unsafe health practices

All items exchanged or refunded will be inspected according to the stores requirements before an exchange/refund is processed it is up to our discretion

Items returned that are STAINED, TAMPERED with and DAMAGED due to wear and tear WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED or refunded
-Items that have been damaged due to negligence and / or non-adherence to care instructions WILL NOT BE exchanged or refund and are for the buyers own cost -
If you need to exchange an item that’s either too big or too small for a different size, you need to inform us within TWO days of collection/delivery and you need to return the item within SEVEN days (No Refunds).

If you need to re-order a different item you need to inform us within TWO days of signed delivery and you need to return the original item, in its original state to us within SEVEN days of purchase.
